The Electoral Commission (ECSL) has administrative independence and aims to achieve high levels of effectiveness, accountability, neutrality and efficiency necessary to ensure autonomy as mandated by law. In light of this, the Commission therefore announces procurements for various sectors of development / innovation as fund becomes available for them. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at Procurement Department, Electoral Commission Office, OAU Drive, Tower Hill, Freetown between 9:00am-4:00pm from Monday-Friday.
